!!@#$%^&*() Random Recent Likes/Looks

They didn't have Dating A Royal :( So I got Essie Mesmorize instead. I like it. Alot

Since I am representing the UK in model UN, I decided to show my dedication by attempting to paint the union jack on my middle finger. It turned out okay. I used a toothpick for the red and a white nail art pen from forever 21.

I haven't done nude lips in a while. I used my concealer and Revlon's Soft Nude. I'm also in LOVE with MAC's no. 43 lashes.

This look is matte. I used Vanilla, Soft Brown and the dark matte brown from the maybelline natural smokes quad. I even wore it THREE days in a row, which is saying ALOT because I ALWAYS switch up my makeup and usually I don't like browns I like greys. (is grey spelled grey or gray?)

<33333 those lashes. unfortunately they are at the end of their life :( but look how big they make my eyes look! I wish I could wear fake lashes errr day For fall I've also been wearing MAC's mineralized blush in Gentle. Not sure if it's LE or not. *Just checked it's not* (secretly I stole it from my sister who NEVER wore it and it needed some love)

I've been waiting for fall to finally wear this Victoria Secret Lipgloss (color 20A?) It's a dark deep blackend red color with bright gold sparkles. Will I have the balls to actually wear it to school? We'll see, probably not...

This is my beautiful mother. I did her makeup one day and she AND my dad loved it. It looked 100000X better in person

Random, Faces of the Day, Nails of the Day as Well...

This is my Baby Lexi. I know it's random, but she is soooo cute. :) She is a two year old maltese.

Mauvement Pigment Smokey Eye.

Full Face of the day, I like how my eyes look in this picture haha.

MAC Atlantic Blue in the crease with vanilla on the lid. A nice intense matte cut crease look. Yes, I wore this to school.

Essie Van D'go on the nails.

Essie Lilacism on the toes. Not sure if this is as good of a toe color as it is a nail color.
The megan fox magazine on the ground was my inspiration for the mauvement look above.

Purple and Gold Makeup Look

I went to the first football game of the season on Friday and I thought I'd share my rather extravagant makeup.

Our school colors are purple and gold and I decided to do something a little out of the box. I didn't just do purple on the lid with gold along the lower lashline or gold on the lid with purple in the crease. I did black on the lid with gold reflects glitter and purple in the crease.

So I started off with a primer (TFSI obviously) and then put blacktrack fluidline all over the lid. I chose BTFL because it is a little more sticky and jet black than sharkskin shadestick or NYX blackbean. Before that dried, I put MAC reflects gold glitter on the lid. I put black liner in my waterline and tightline. I used a mixture of bright purples from my coastal scents 88 ultra shimmer palette. I put black mascara and a little black eyeliner on. To spice up the look even more and make it look even more spirited, I took some eyelash glue and put it in a C-shape as you can see in the picture and put the reflects glitter again over it to create a ridiculous glittery highlight. My name's not glitter addict girl for a reason yo. ;)

By the way we kicked their ass that night.

Army Party Makeup

So I went to an army themed party and I though I'd share what makeup I wore.

It was pretty simple, just sharkskin shadestick by MAC on the lid, with club eyeshadow by MAC (one of my all time favorites and one of my first MAC eyeshadows) over the black base to make a really pretty armyish green color. I just put a skin colored eyeshadow from the crease up and winged out liner. Nothing on the bottom lashline. Naunce Mineralized blush by MAC on my cheeks with natural lips. Here is the look sorry I forgot to take a picture of the actual lid.

I've been liking the look of a bare bottom lashline, I didn't even put mascara on the bottom this time. I used NYX Jumbo Eyeshadow Pencil in Blackbean for the "war paint" ? My sister who is in the actual military told me I looked like a football player with it on though, apparently they do not wear black streaks on their faces in the army. Oh well. I also wore Jade is the New Black by OPI to go with my green theme. :)

Rave, More about Nailssss

I love talking about nails on here, because it is so easy and I've been nail polish obsessed lately.

My recent obsession for nails has been the highly talked about Seche Vite fast dry top coat. Trust me, I thought for the longest time I do not need a $10 top coat. It just seemed ridiculous. Now, I regret not buying this sooner. This top coat is thebomb.com It makes even the cheapest nail polish look like a glossy shiny salon manicure. You know how celebrities always have those really really glossy shiny nails? I always wondered how I could achieve the same look at home without going to the salon. This topcoat is worth it 100%, I would recommend it to anyone who loves changing their nail polish, to people who want to cut back on trips to the salon and especially for people who love creamy non shimmery nail polishes. Even if I use a $9 OPI nail polish, the shininess of the nail polish alone will get dull within a few days. With the Seche Vite, my nails remain glossy and chip-free for days! It sounds like I'm promoting this product or something, but I am just really happy with this product despite it being on the pricier side.

I've really been loving Jade is the New Black by OPI. I kinda wear it too much haha. Right now I've gone back to my favorite color nail polish of all time, black. I love black nails, they are just nice sleek and sexy looking. I'll probably change the black in a couple days to my second favorite nail polish color, mint. My favorite (well only) mint colored polish is Hey! Get in Lime! by OPI.

This particular black polish is Black on Black by sinful colors. As far as the polish goes it is just OKAY. I've tried many drug store black nail polishes and this one is better than most, but not by a lot. I find that black polishes tend to be on the goopier thicker side.

Another thing I've been using to get the perfect nails at home are by Sally Hansen.

These two together work miracles. My cuticles have never looked better without this pair. The sally hansen cuticle trimmer and the instant cuticle remover are a must for me. I have pretty awful cuticles. It's pretty annoying because my best friend has like 0 cuticles it's weird and lucky. Anyways, I put the cuticle remover on for 15 - 20 seconds then I go in with the trimmer tool and just get all those nasty cuticles out of the way. I highly recommend these tools, I rarely do my nails without them these days.
